Infinity 2.0.42 Patch Notes – 17 April 2024

Bug fixes following the recent release of Infinity 2.0.0.

  • AI Changes

    • AI Agents should now use specials approximately 75% of time, up from 25%
      • Many boss mobs have had their speed increased so they can attack once per second, rather than once every two seconds
      • This may have made some bosses do too much damage, so good luck out there!

 

  • Damage Reduction Due to States

    • The combination of intimidated state (50% reduction in total damage) and stun state (20% reduction in total damage) was incorrect, and was actually increasing damage output
    • After this fix, intimidate and stun state together will reduce damage by 60% (50% of initial damage, then 20% reduction of the remaining 50%)

 

  • Mandalorian

    • Fish quest fixes, there were special loot items that may suddenly appear if you qualified
    • Pershing properly gives the temp fish to take to Omera, the bug had no impact on the quest

 

  • Screenplay Fixes

    • Corellian Corvette boss kills should now count toward Big Game Hunter XP
    • Fixed issue with weapon errors on world boss

 

  • Server Stability

    •  Moved Force Master Healer chainhealing to task to help eliminate deadlocks

 

  • Miscellanous

    • Baby creatures with ranged attacks should no longer drop invisible weapons as loot
      • If your inventory count is off with invisible creature weapons, empty your inventory and submit a ticket for CSR to clear your inventory

 

  • Core3 Updates

    • [modified] possible landing locations for players at arrival shuttleports and starports to no longer error due to ground height
      • This is going to require some testing of the old shuttle problem spots where people got stuck
    • [added] ability to set landing area range for client planet travel points
    • [added] shuttleport installations to re-register with planetary map after travel points are established
    • [fixed] compiling under clang18
    • [fixed] variable length array in PlanetTravelPointList for compiling in clang18
    • [fixed] trainers failing to converse due to improper spawn z coordinate
    • [fixed] stink bomb trap failing to apply defense debuff when creature target is dizzy
    • [fixed] vehicle rental device not showing option to pickup
    • [added] additional message to address when players try to add themselves to the vendor list when already on admin list
    • [fixed] squadleader buffs will now apply upon group creation 
    • [fixed] threaten shot should properly function again
    • [tweaked] warning shot to set a delay based on range
    • [fixed] aggressive mobs failing to aggro patrolling pets
