Infinity 2.0.61 Patch Notes – 16 July 2024

Bug fixes following the recent release of Infinity 2.0.0.

  • Combat Animation

    • Animations updated
    • This requires an updated infinity_animation.tre file

 

  • Posture Change Attack Logging

    • When combat equilibrium triggers after a knockdown, posture down, or posture up attack, the player will receive a system message
    • When an attacker executes a posture change attack (KD,PD,PU) before a player’s immunity timer has expired, the player will receive a system message when they stand up

 

  • Force Powers

    • ForceLightningSingle2 has been reduced in damage by 10%

 

  • Posture Accuracy

    • Posture accuracy (accuracy while standing, walking, prone, running, etc) has been revamped and is closer to pre-2.0.0 values
    • For both melee and ranged, there will be increasing accuracy penalties as you go from standing to walking to running
    • Ranged weapons will have penalty multipliers based on weapon type with pistols having the least movement penalties, and carbines, rifles, and special heavy weapons having incrementally more penalty
      • These ranged weapon type modifiers have been significantly reduced from Core3 vanilla values
    • AI Agents receive a melee accuracy bonus when walking and running

 

  • Krayt Caves

    • Leashing mobs in Krayt Caves that are unattackable should be checked and fixed automatically every 30 minutes

 

  • Demolitions Expert

    • Demolitions experts can only destroy city decorations when they have line of sight to target object
    • Demolitions experts must be within 10 meters of the city decoration to blow it up

 

  • Geonosian Cave

    • Updated a few of the bosses to be more challenging

 

  • PVP Broadcasts

    • Broadcast message logic will now check for Dark Jedi Novice, Light Jedi Novice, or Padawan skill box rather than Jedi state when determining title to use in broadcast

 

  • Mission Direction / Level Choice

    • The messages with current settings that display when clicking the mission terminal now say “Current Setting:”

 

  • Staff Updates

    • Added new option for staff to reset bugged / unattackable AI agents

 

  • Core3 Updates

    • [fixed] factory crate attribute list message to better emulate pre-cu
